We offer a complete line of clutch and driveline services.  We specialize in custom builds in the drag racing world.  The Long Style/Softloc clutch is very popular among those starting to take their tuning to the next level, but not quite ready for full on Pro Billet Fully Adjustable types of application and we work to develop setups for them that will work the best for their application with each being special built for each customer.

We offer the following in-house Clutch Services

Resurfacing - Flywheels, Pressure Rings, Floaters and any mating surfaces.

Clutch Dyno - We can dyno your clutch assembly and provide you with a pressure applied rating per rpm, as well as suggest additional changes that could help with tuning.

Finger/Lever Development
- We can offer custom built and machined fingers that can be dyno tested to improve your tuning window to apply pressure at the most desired rate and total force throughout an extensive rpm window.

Disc Grinding - We use a diamond tip cutter to take all discs down to flatness.

Custom Builds - We do custom setup and rebuilds on all Race Clutch Applications

          - Long Style / Soft-Loc

          - Billet Pro Fully Adjustable

General Rebuilds - We also offer basic rebuilds where we evaluate the condition of each part and get your assembly back to as good as new.  Pricing starts at $150.00 (plus parts)
Clutch Dyno
We can dyno your clutch assembly and provide you with a pressure applied rating per rpm, as well as suggest additional changes that could help with tuning.  This service allows us to determine the best finger design and setup for your application.  Often times you need a lever that can apply more weight at a slower rate, or one that applies less at an even quicker rate.  By being able to spin the clutch to over 10,000 rpm we are able to simulate a run and put a number with plate load pressure which allows for better tuning!
SURFACING
It is essential to have all of your mating surfaces flat so that you get consistent and even wear, which leads to better tuning and better performance, as well as increased longevity of your clutch assembly. We can surface any of your surfaces to a tight tolerance.  It is important to keep the Pressure Plate, Flywheel and Floater surfaces flat and even.
Disc Grinding / Surfacing
Common by most all Professional Race Teams as between round maintenance is the surfacing or grinding of the clutch disc or discs.  By using a diamond tip cutter we but the surface of the clutch disc to a tight tolerance which keeps the application of the pressure applied distributed over an even and full surface.  This will keep data and tuneups more consistent and increase the life of your clutch.  A clutch tends to build heat spots and will move the material towards that area or away from another during use and this will create high and low spots, which takes away the clutche's ability to hold the same amount of force.  Notice the disc in the picture to the upper right as it has a wear line on the inside area... and by using a grinder we can quickly eliminate that variable.
Finger/Lever Development
We can offer custom built and machined fingers that can be dyno tested to improve your tuning window to apply pressure at the most desired rate and total force throughout an extensive rpm window.  We are able to have fingers that apply more or less quickly, as well as determine the total force of applied pressure at each rpm level to determine lockup points and to tune around different gear splits/drops.
